Store Policies

The items you are purchasing are handmade and will likely have minor flaws.

We are not responsible for any damage that happens as a result of misuse.

If an item is listed as In Stock (as opposed to “Pre-Order”), it is ready to sell/ship as it is, and most are fully cured before being listed. In Stock items will be shipped within 1-2 business days, and you will receive tracking information.

Specific Policies

If wanting to commission a specific item, please keep the following in mind:

ANY commissioned items:

  1. If your item is to be personalized in any way, you are responsible for the cost of the item up front.

  2. You have the option to receive a design mock-up. It will not always be EXACTLY what goes into your piece (e.g. metallic/glitter colors will look flat in design phase), but is intended to give you an idea of what the finished product will look like. If you choose this option, you may change anything and everything about the design until you are satisfied. Once the design has been locked in and I have started production on the item, it may not be changed.

  3. If you choose NOT to receive a design mock-up and the item is personalized in any way, you are responsible for the cost of the item.

  4. Cash payment is only available for items being bought by local customers or at vendor events (fairs, festivals, etc.). If ordering online, payment must be made electronically.

  5. In-person delivery/pick up is ONLY available to those within the local area. All others must receive via postal system, which will include shipping costs and times.

  6. As a private business, I reserve the right to refuse to make any item for any reason.

  7. If there is an image used on anything I’ve made, it A) was drawn/painted/created by myself, B) was paid for, C) is being used with express permission, and/or D) was made as a gift and I did not receive payment for it. I do not, nor will I, randomly pull an image from an internet search and put it on any item that I intend to sell. You are welcome to send me images as examples or inspiration of what you are looking for, but please don’t expect me to use exact images unless I (or you) have express permission to do so.

Tumblers, Ornaments and Magnets

  1. Most In Stock items can be personalized for an additional charge and will require 7-10 days “hold time” prior to shipping to ensure topcoat seal is fully dried.

  2. Creation of a custom piece is approximately a 14-day turnaround if supplies for your item(s) are in stock. If your order requires specialized items, it can cause that timeframe to be longer (due to needing to wait for supplies). This 14 days begins AFTER the design has been decided on and applies ONLY to production time of the item(s). Shipping time is dependent solely on the postal system. **Note: this timeframe also may be extended based on the number of items being ordered, the complexity of those items, and if weather conditions fall below 40 degrees F (4 degrees C).

Button Pictures

  1. Each button/bead/etc. is hand-placed, so creation time varies based on the design and can take up to 30 days for one picture, or more depending on the size and number of pictures ordered. This production timeframe begins AFTER the design has been finalized and applies ONLY to production of the piece(s). Shipping time is dependent solely on the postal system.

  2. If the piece(s) require specialized materials, this can increase the production time, and in some cases, the cost.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of the items sold, we do not generally accept returns or exchanges.

If for some reason you received the incorrect item, please reach out via email within 48hrs of receiving. 

 

If an item is damaged in transit or does not arrive, please feel free to contact us, and we are happy to try to reconcile issues.
